I am fairly new to this site so I know I am responding late. But this article is so on point!!! I have spent so much time doing what others wanted me to do or expected me to do that I did not hold on to my vision. From reading your work here as well as on your personal blog, you have really inspired me. I have started my first steps towards creating the vision I initially saw for myself. I am also a writer and filmaker (even though my first article was published online today and I haven’t produced or directed any films but I have an outline of one I plan on producing). Thanks so much for the inspiration and keep up the good work!!!
